Episode Overview

As the gala approaches, fashion designer Nolan Miller and his show director Sally prepare for the event. Meanwhile, Diana Aikins, a model struggling with her fading beauty, encounters Cody Blake, a wealthy rancher from Australia, with whom she shares a past romance. Cody tries to win Diana over, but she is focused on a new perfume assignment and is unwilling to relocate. When she learns the company will only accept her if she undergoes surgery, Cody proposes, and she agrees, prompting Christine to take her place in the show. Elsewhere, Dave and Megan are thrilled about expecting a child, but Megan's worries about finances lead to discussions of abortion. They later discover that a hospital mix-up means Megan isn't pregnant after all. Peter finds himself captivated by Alison Brunel after a night at her townhouse, only to learn she is in a celibate marriage with a husband who is wheelchair-bound.
