Episode Overview
Hillary Lindamont, a junior hotel executive, finds herself infatuated with Michael Robson, causing heartache for Mark, who secretly admires her. Michael records intimate moments with Hillary and blackmails the hotel, threatening to accuse it of operating a brothel. In a twist, Peter pays the ransom, but Billy manages to steal the money back from Michael. Peter confronts the blackmailer and knocks him out. Meanwhile, ten-year-old street kid Cat Locatelli sneaks into a suite, living off room service until Billy discovers him. Billy relates to Cat's struggles and encourages him to grow up when a social worker arrives to take Cat to a children's home. Meanwhile, Milly Toland, a long-term hotel resident, is disappointed when her birthday celebration is cut short as her children leave early, leaving her with only Mrs. Cabot for company.
