Episode Overview

Dr. Howard Bentley, a criminal psychologist, visits Alex Morrison, a charming ex-thief now working at a hotel through a rehabilitation initiative backed by Peter. During his visit, Alex meets Dr. Bentley's unhappy wife, Joanne, and can't resist seducing her, leading to an affair that jeopardizes her marriage. Ultimately, Alex faces consequences as Peter dismisses him, forcing a return to his parole officer and the looming threat of jail. Meanwhile, Dave's use of amphetamines to cope with legal studies worries Megan, who notices his troubling behavior. As Christine's apartment is being painted, she accepts Peter's offer to stay in the hotel penthouse, but hesitates about cohabitation without marriage, eventually choosing to return home with a promise to visit again.
