Dave, the bellman, struggles with his amphetamine addiction, which hinders his ability to focus on his upcoming bar exams to pursue a law career. Meanwhile, Megan moves in with Julie and finds herself drawn to a charming doctor. Tensions escalate when Dave confronts the doctor at the hotel, resulting in his suspension. Megan faces additional turmoil upon learning she is pregnant with Dave's child. In the hotel’s antique shop, the captivating Hayley Cole begins working, catching the attention of both Christine and widower Vernon Bennett. Hayley, recovering from a decade-long coma after a car accident, grapples with amnesia and uses a cane. She forms a deep bond with Vernon, but is unaware that her new romantic interest, pianist Tony Milner, is the same man who abandoned her years ago.
