Gimme a Break! (1981)

Episode Overview

With Grandma off to visit her ill sister before surgery, Grandpa moves in with the family for a few days. However, his arrival brings chaos as he stirs up trouble at all hours. He clinks ice cubes in the middle of the night, wreaks havoc on the garbage disposal, and even spies on a neighbor. His antics lead to Nell’s puzzle crashing to the ground, which he then vacuums up, disturbing everyone. Frustrated, Nell confronts him about the noise. After Chief advises him to tone it down, Grandpa storms off to the mortuary. Ultimately, Nell finds him and apologizes, asking him to return home.
