Gimme a Break! (1981)

Episode Overview

Nell realizes her boss is laying off several employees, and when she discovers he has a daughter named Molly who is the same age as Joey, she decides to match them up to secure her own position. Unbeknownst to Nell, Joey is becoming a gigolo, spending more time with Molly and neglecting his family, even missing Matthew's birthday party. Eventually, Nell bursts into Molly's room, demanding Joey return home for the celebration. When her boss enters and tells her to calm down, she asserts that she doesn’t need to set Joey up with his daughter for job security. To her shock, he reveals that he has sold the company.
