Title: Culinary Diplomacy Plot: Dale and Frank head to Ottawa to rally support for their petition advocating for street hockey on every street in Canada. However, they discover that Chilly Beach isn’t technically recognized as part of the country. In response, they hatch a plan to declare Chilly Beach an independent nation of its own.
