Episode Overview
Regine's doctor suggests breast reduction surgery to help with her ongoing back issues. After the procedure, she struggles with her self-image and starts seeking validation from men. Kyle reassures her that her appearance hasn't changed and emphasizes that it's her confidence and personality that truly attract people. Meanwhile, Kevon and the local kids hold Overton responsible when an unscrupulous ice cream vendor, who had been selling treats in winter, has a heart attack while reaching for the Nutty Buddy Overton had ordered.
