Whitley faces a daunting deadline for a report assigned by her overly demanding accounting professor. After being evicted from her apartment by Jaleesa and her date, she struggles to find a quiet space to concentrate. Dwayne, serving as a teaching assistant for Col. Taylor, battles to keep Terrence from skipping class. When Col. Taylor uncovers the situation, Dwayne realizes he has just 24 hours to prepare Terrence for the exam or jeopardize his grad school recommendations. Meanwhile, Freddie starts hearing unsettling voices that undermine her confidence before her midterm in Professor Randolph's course.
