In the year 2000, a young woman is tragically murdered while taking her dog for a stroll in a scenic park. As a beloved twin in her community, her death sends shockwaves through the town. Witnesses report a man fleeing in a partially clothed state across the M1 motorway, managing to evade capture. Initially, investigators consider the possibility that the murderer of Rachel Nickel could be involved, but after weeks of digging, they uncover that the actual killer is a local named Leon Amos. It becomes clear that his criminal family has been helping him hide his actions, and the murder might have been a case of mistaken vengeance against the wrong twin.
