Episode Overview

Reporter Clifford Moran suspects that Jim Driscoll is actually George Kern Turner, a convicted murderer from St. Louis who, at just 16, killed his stepfather in 1933. After receiving a life sentence, he escaped prison. Now married to Meg, former clerk to Savage, Driscoll encounters Moran at the Black Raven Pub, where he denies the allegations. Soon after, Moran meets his demise when he falls onto the tracks at Sloane Square Station. The following day, Savage seeks out Driscoll, learning his wife has just given birth to a son at St. Stephens Hospital. It's later uncovered that Moran's death was an accident, involving a pickpocket. During a subsequent mission, the plane sustains severe damage and co-pilot Lieutenant Eagan is injured.
