Episode Overview
During a bombing mission, Gallagher realizes he mistakenly targeted a decoy instead of the actual site, which is 2500 yards northeast of target 385. Attempts to contact London fail when the Radio Operator is killed and the radio is destroyed, leading to the bomber being shot down. Gallagher parachutes into Switzerland and is taken to the American Legation in Zurich, where Wilson Sechrist informs him he will be interned and won’t be able to escape or share any intel. Meeting Captain Wright at the Alpenstock Restaurant is replaced by an encounter with businessman George Richardson, who offers to help him flee. Richardson directs Gallagher to the Edelweiss Garage, where he meets Sergeant Karl Weigand, a German deserter fleeing from agents. Weigand leads Gallagher to find Jean Golet, but instead, they meet his daughter Liane, who assists them after revealing her father was killed by the Germans. Together, Gallagher, Liane, and Weigand plot their escape.
