Episode Overview

Title: The New Neighbors Plot: In search of a live-in superintendent, Rose turns to Manny, who suggests his father for the position, offering the family a significant rent reduction. Upon moving in, they discover that Alfonso is indeed the superintendent, but he lacks the necessary skills for the role and prefers to pursue his passion for playing the violin in a symphony. When an audition clashes with his superintendent duties, Rose grants him an extra day to focus on his music. Although he doesn't succeed in the audition, Alfonso resolves to dedicate himself fully to his responsibilities as the superintendent.
