Five of the ten chefs from the previous day's challenge return to showcase their skills in front of Monica and Gregg. They are tasked with tunneling and tying a leg of lamb for roasting, giving them only ten minutes to demonstrate their knife skills under pressure. At the end of this round, Monica and Gregg must decide which chef will be eliminated, advancing only the top four to cook for the esteemed Michel Roux Jr. As the tension rises, the four chefs tackle two challenges set by the Michelin-starred chef. First, Michel prepares nouilles aux fruits de mer—a pasta dish with a delicate seafood cream sauce—and asks the chefs to recreate it within an hour, demanding precision and attention to detail. In the final challenge, they must each present their own classic dish to Michel and Gregg in just one hour. With everything on the line, nerves are high.
