Episode Overview

The chefs are thrilled to take on the challenge of creating modern dishes using the traditional technique of smoking food. In the first round, they select vibrant, sweet ingredients along with a rich fish for their appetizers. The second basket presents them with a unique lean meat and a fiery liqueur to work with. As the competition narrows down, the final two chefs must get creative with a surprising fish-flavored candy in the dessert round.
