Episode Overview
The ten remaining teams depart from their Pit Stop located in a historic seventh-century fortress in Salvador, Brazil, receiving a clue that directs them to fly to Fortaleza, Brazil. Tensions rise when one team believes they've secured an early flight for everyone and requests a small favor in return. Upon arriving in Fortaleza, the teams are instructed to head to Barraca d Manoel beach. Here, they face a Detour that allows one team to leverage their unique skills to gain an advantage. Later, a Roadblock challenges them to find a clue hidden in plain sight. While some teams discover it quickly, others squander time chasing misleading leads from distracting advertisements. One team makes two costly errors in reading the clue, leading to the elimination of another team.
