Episode Overview
Quinnan is struggling with the aftermath of his rescue and the loss of Robbie Hunter the previous day. During Donna's funeral, her mother finds out that her daughter's savings have vanished. She learns that Robbie had given Donna the uncut heroin that led to her death and had taken her money to buy a gun for revenge. AMIP believes Robbie murdered Hall, whose charred body was discovered by Boyden and Hagen. In order to prove AMIP wrong, Boulton and Quinnan set aside their differences and suspect Mick Glover of both Hall's and Robbie's murders. They enlist the youth club's help to implicate Boulton in several burglaries. Just as Quinnan thinks he’s uncovered the evidence to accuse Glover of murder, an unexpected twist derails their plans.
