TSG, Haynes, Ramsey, Mike, and Jim are keeping watch over a tower block in hopes of apprehending a burglary suspect. Meanwhile, Bob and Taffy come across a group of children playing on a patch of waste ground. In an unexpected turn of events, a television tumbles down and crashes into Mike's car.
