The front desk at the station is bustling, and P.C. Smith unknowingly overlooks a hold-all left beside him. When it's finally noticed, Insp. Frazer swiftly orders an evacuation as a precaution and calls in the bomb squad. Meanwhile, Sgt. Cryer and W.P.C. Martella struggle to manage a violent female inmate. D.C. Dashwood teases Smith about missing the bag, while he conducts an interview with a suspect from a vehicle. P.C. Edwards is acting strangely, getting into arguments with W.P.C. Ackland and repeatedly returning to the station searching for something. SO13 discovers an incendiary device in the bag, which detonates, injuring an officer.
