Episode Overview

P.C. Melvin witnesses a chemist being held up, but he gets powder thrown into his eyes and the robbers flee. Meanwhile, D.C. Carver is surveilling a lonely woman with romantic interests when he spots what appears to be a drug deal. He attempts to chase the vehicle but is instructed to let the drugs squad from the Yard take over. W.P.C. Martella is looking into a truancy issue involving a 14-year-old Turkish boy named Omir, who is being cared for by his cousin, known as "Auntie." D.S. Roach is knocked over in a public restroom by a man accompanying another individual. He receives a tip from his informant, Roxanne, a transvestite, about a local barmaid involved in the rent-boy scene. Martella recognizes the address as belonging to her missing Turkish boy, leading her and Roach to raid the flat and arrest Auntie.
