Episode Overview
Valerie and Noah are less than thrilled when David's song starts getting airplay on the radio. They share their frustration about the time David and Donna are spending together. Meanwhile, David and Donna hide their plans and head out for a shopping trip. Unfortunately, they end up in a car accident, resulting in Donna hurting her back and turning to painkillers for relief. Val urges Noah to reconnect with his estranged half-brother, Josh. Both Valerie and Noah grow increasingly paranoid, suspecting infidelity, leading to feelings of depression. Noah drinks heavily, while Josh secretly slips something into Valerie's drink. When Josh gets distracted by a phone call, Noah takes Valerie to the office, where they end up having sex. Valerie wakes up feeling disoriented and nauseous, even though she only had one drink. David takes her to a doctor, who confirms the presence of Rohypnol in her system.
