After losing his reputation due to a court dispute with Ben, Jim Ellison, a prominent Eastern financier, denies Blake the billion-dollar loan he needs to restore Denver-Carrington. In a surprising turn, Middle Eastern tycoon Farouk Ahrned offers Blake the funds at an exorbitant cost. Desperate for the money, Blake agrees, unaware that Alexis is the true source of the loan. Meanwhile, Caress uncovers that Emily Fallmont was with Ben the night Ellen Carrington died and shares this crucial information with Blake, leaving him her tell-all, "Sister Dearest," to use against Alexis. When Blake confronts Emily, she admits her guilt, and he vows to take on Ben without relying on her testimony. Meanwhile, Jackie, reflecting on her impulsive decision to leave, returns home only to discover that Garrett is her biological father. Amanda, on the other hand, sinks deeper into despair.
