In a high school plagued by gangs and violence, a teacher struggles to maintain order among her unruly students. Mysterious gargoyles around the school bestow her with unique abilities to help her cope. Meanwhile, a Vietnam veteran named Billy intervenes when he sees an elderly man named Gasper being attacked in a cemetery. After saving him, Billy uncovers that this old man possesses a watch that holds the key to the future of time itself.
