Grace Under Fire (1993)

Episode Overview

D.C. has the opportunity to secure a hotel contract with a prominent Midwest developer, but Grace insists he needs to charm the client, even if it’s not his usual approach. D.C. suggests Grace accompany him to dinner with Davis Walsh. While the dinner is somewhat uncomfortable, Davis seems to have an interest in Grace. When Davis steps away to take a call, D.C. encourages Grace to flirt to help seal the deal. However, she quickly realizes that Davis is actually drawn to D.C. Meanwhile, Russell is optimistic about his budding romance with Dot, who prefers a slow pace. However, a hypnotist unexpectedly puts Russell under, leading him to reveal too much.
