What happens to a child who achieves Immortality before reaching puberty? MacLeod and Richie take in a 10-year-old named Kenny, who seeks their help after the Immortal guardian protecting him is killed. However, Kenny is far from the innocent boy he seems; he has been Immortal for almost 800 years, surviving by persuading other Immortals to shelter him before ultimately betraying them. As Kenny targets MacLeod, he faces obstacles due to Anne's presence. Trying to eliminate her, he underestimates MacLeod, who uncovers Kenny’s true nature and saves Anne. In the end, Kenny escapes by mingling with a group of unsuspecting children.
