Episode Overview

Henrik Durvard has seized control of Lombounda through a military coup, instilling fear among the locals. He has acquired a diamond from the native miners, prompting the IMF to step in and retrieve it. While in London to auction the diamond, Durvard is approached by the IMF team, who propose to outbid everyone in exchange for exclusive rights to diamond production in Lombounda. Skeptical since his country isn’t known for diamonds, Durvard uncovers their scheme to use Lombounda as a front for distributing synthetic diamonds. He demands to be involved and insists they create a diamond from a shard of the original. Though they comply, the machine malfunctions during the process, leading to an explosion as the team escapes with the diamond.
