Episode Overview
Frank Wayne leads the Syndicate and threatens to destabilize the U.S. gold reserve by stashing the Mob's dirty money in a Swiss bank. The IMF is tasked with retrieving the assets and capturing Wayne. Jim pressures Wayne, compelling him to relocate his records to the Syndicate's headquarters. While Jim and Barney interrogate Wayne under subpoena, Rollin studies his behaviors to perfectly mimic him. They stage a fake escape for Wayne, allowing him to contact his enforcer, but Rollin steps in as Wayne. In this guise, he issues a death order for Barney. With the real Wayne on the run, the Syndicate insists he leave town, but Rollin persuades them that plastic surgery could transform Wayne to resemble him!
