Exiled from Veyska by a military junta, Nicholai Kurzon spearheads a popular uprising but is captured by Colonel Stahl, the nation's security chief. Holding vital microfilm detailing the revolution's leaders, Kurzon's rescue becomes paramount for the IMF. Cinnamon poses as an astrologer, drawing closer to Deputy Chancellor Grigov by warning him of impending danger. With Rollin’s impeccable impersonation, their plan unfolds smoothly. Meanwhile, Barney and Rollin board the plane transporting Kurzon. Rollin successfully opens the safe containing the microfilm, swapping it for a counterfeit that incriminates Grigov. As tensions rise between Grigov and Stahl, Stahl arrests Grigov, leaving Kurzon vulnerable. The team quickly rescues Kurzon, replacing him with a lifelike dummy, and simulates an accident that sends "Kurzon" out of the plane. Upon landing, Jim discreetly helps Cinnamon escape.
