Episode Overview

David Redding, a photographer with a hidden agenda as a spy, has overseen the infiltration of 150 agents into the U.S., who are believed to be carriers of a deadly biological plague. The IMF needs to extract the code from Redding, the only one who possesses it. To achieve this, they create a ruse with Cinnamon posing as a former fashion model and scientist married to Jim, who is supposedly developing a bacillus-suspension formula. This ploy convinces Redding to accept the mission, during which he tortures "Jim," who claims the U.S. is planning a nuclear attack. Redding and his accomplice Morley intend to hide in Redding's bomb shelter after sending a signal to their homeland, which Barney successfully intercepts. When the IMF stages a fake nuclear threat, Redding takes charge and leads everyone to the shelter, even "killing" Willy in the process.
