Episode Overview

Industrialist Taggart possesses a stolen statue crucial for maintaining good relations with a foreign nation, but he adamantly refuses to hand it over. In response, the IM Force is dispatched to retrieve it. To infiltrate Taggart's high-security setup, they need Rusty the cat. Phelps sabotages the computer system using a fake key card, prompting Willy to deliver a new one that includes Barney and the cat. Cinnamon, a journalist, probes into the statue's rumored curse, while Rollin poses as a professor from the statue's homeland. When Rollin makes a staged attempt to seize the statue, Taggart cuts the power to save him. Seizing the moment, Barney sneaks through the temporarily disabled sonic detectors to drill into the chamber, setting up a mini crosswalk for Rusty. The clever cat manages to loop the statue around its neck, triumphing over the distraction of a nearby fish tank. They all escape just as Taggart realizes the statue is gone.
