Episode Overview
Wendell Hayes, whose brother Cayman is locked up as a Syndicate enforcer, has taken a canister of nerve gas and threatens to unleash it unless Cayman is released. The IMF is tasked with stopping him and retrieving the gas, which is already in danger of leaking due to a faulty case. Tragedy strikes when Cayman suffers a heart attack in prison, prompting the IMF to enlist guest-agent Bill Williams to impersonate him. They arrange for Wendell’s girlfriend, Saretta, to "escape" with Casey, who is handcuffed to her. They drive to a winery, where Barney tracks them using a bugged car. Jim presents "Cayman" to Wendell, but he refuses to hand over the gas. They trace Wendell to an observatory, but he learns from his partner Tully that Cayman has died, leading to a confrontation. In the ensuing chaos, Wendell and Tully argue and shoot at each other, while Wendell attempts to open
