Episode Overview

Underworld bosses Hatcher and Thorne summon Syndicate leaders for a meeting aimed at establishing a large holding and laundering company. The IMF needs to secure their shared Swiss bank account number. Jim infiltrates the gathering as a mobster and sabotages the tram, the sole route to the meeting. Willy poses as a repairman while Casey distracts Thorne, allowing them to capture him. They propose to return Thorne to Hatcher in exchange for the amount invested. Hatcher is tricked into losing the money, which Barney replaces with counterfeits. The IMF stages Thorne's kidnapping by Hatcher, leading to a fake rescue by Jim when the counterfeit is discovered. He then fakes a heart attack on Hatcher, allowing the team to escape with the $4 million while leaving Hatcher behind, who later confronts Thorne at the bottom.
