Syndicate leader Frank Brady and his henchman Martin Stoner are intimidating local businessmen into joining their criminal organization. Stoner’s wife, Lois, has turned to alcohol to cope with the stress of her husband's dangerous lifestyle. The IMF steps in, capturing her to help her recover while Casey assumes her identity. As Lois attends a retreat, Brady sends a hitman named Dekker to monitor her and eliminate her if necessary. Willy goes undercover in Brady's gang, gathering intel that he shares with Casey, leading to a dangerous confrontation where Dekker injures her. Despite the risk, Casey pushes on with the mission while Brady grows suspicious of Stoner's loyalty. Willy orchestrates the arrest of Brady's thugs, who claim they were framed, prompting Brady to send Willy to eliminate both Stoners. Willy's attempt fails, and as Martin takes "Lois" to the bank for records, the real Lois escapes and alerts Brady. Ultimately, Brady and Dekker arrive at the bank,
