Paul Ostro leads the Ostro family and is a member of the Syndicate. Following a hunting accident that leaves him heavily bandaged, he reveals a new $100 million plan that piques the IMF's interest. In a twist, Paul’s brother Leo orchestrates Paul’s death and replaces him with a decoy to dupe four mobsters into investing a million each in "Paul’s" secret project. Jim and Casey entice Leo into an oil deal with a corrupt minister, aided by IMF agent Khalid. Meanwhile, Barney feigns a heart attack for the fake Paul, forcing Leo to maintain the ruse.
