The ALDC travels to Woodbridge, VA, ready to take on a formidable rival, Studio Bleu. Abby brings Select Team dancer Jade and new dance mom Loree to strengthen the Elite Team for the week. Christi erupts in anger when Abby chooses Chloe to perform a solo against Jade, who is two years older. In a surprising twist, Abby announces she will scrap the existing group routine and create an entirely new dance themed around phobias.
