Episode Overview

Monica, Tess, and Andrew find themselves in a bustling New York art museum, each tasked with helping a different person. Among the visitors is a group of young students on a field trip, monitored by Bud, an aging security guard who is about to retire. Bud has built up emotional barriers and it's Tess’s job to help him break them down. Meanwhile, Monica speaks with Antonio, a disillusioned artist who loathes his own modern art piece, marked by a glaring imperfection. In another area, Andrew reveals himself as the angel of death to Constance, a woman grappling with her cancer diagnosis and reflecting on her life’s impact. Tess learns that Bud has a deep attachment to a painting of a little girl with flowers, going to great lengths to safeguard it above all others in the museum.
