Episode Overview
Tervita focuses on environmental cleanup for the rapidly growing energy and mining sectors in Western Canada. The company has ambitious plans to recruit new talent, which becomes clear to Fory Musser, the VP of Strategy, when he trades his comfortable office for a week on the front lines. He learns firsthand that Tervita handles some of the messiest jobs in the country. Working alongside Julie, who deals with hazardous waste daily, and Etta, a former social worker turned car crusher who finds fulfillment in destruction, Fory gains a new perspective. Once his undercover stint concludes, he returns to headquarters and invites the five workers he met to a meeting, where he presents them with some of the season's most significant rewards.
