Episode Overview

While checking in on the elderly Mrs. Johnson, Mike and Sully find her deceased and a young boy named Zack hiding in the closet. Mike takes Zack in and confronts the locals, who reluctantly reveal that the boy's mother was one of Hank's former escorts. After her passing, they sent Zack to Mrs. Johnson because of his "simple" nature. Frustrated in her search for a medical diagnosis for Zack, Mike uncovers that Hank is the boy's father and encourages him to accept his responsibilities. Meanwhile, Brian manages to draw out Zack's artistic side, mistakenly receiving praise for one of Zack's drawings. Once Zack's talent is recognized, Hank agrees to enroll him in an art school in Denver. The episode opens with a humorous scene of Mike and Sully, with Sully critiquing Mike's driving.
