However, Chef Rick Bayless believes there’s more to discover beyond the all-inclusive dining options. He takes us on an adventure to uncover delicious local cuisine and hidden beaches. Starting at Sabor de Oaxaca in La Crucecita, a favorite among locals, Rick savors Salsa de Huevo (omelets in salsa) before heading to Puerto Escondido for a delectable lunch of wood-fired grilled fish at Playa Principal. He then paddle-boards at Playa Carrizalillo, another breathtaking beach, before indulging in Encamaronadas (crispy, cheesy shrimp tacos).
