Episode Overview
Sully takes down one of the criminals and shoots the detonator from Frank Morgan's hand, who is the bomber. Meanwhile, Doc loses his temper when he finds the wreck of his old truck involved in an accident with a city bus and violently confronts Eugene. The Public Morals team conducts a raid on Dr. Chow's office, forcing Maritza to disclose her assault to prevent Thomas Warner’s release. Ty persuades Frank to testify against Gary Barnes, while Barbara vows to ensure Morgan receives the death penalty for the deaths of her housekeeper and driver. Kim and Carlos refuse to support Eugene after he files a complaint against Doc, leading him to resign. A troubled Faith, haunted by shooting memories, asks Fred for a family getaway. As Bosco transports Warner, he confesses to raping Maritza, and Carlos is shocked when Doc reveals he confronted Eugene because he "killed Taylor." Ultimately, Bosco hands Warner over to Maritza, ensuring she receives her compensation.
