Episode Overview

Title: A Monster's Taking My Baby Plot: A middle school teacher is enjoying a healthy pregnancy until she suddenly begins to suffer from severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. Initially thought to be the flu, her condition worsens as she experiences bleeding episodes. Her symptoms lead to a diagnosis of hemorrhoids that escalate in severity. Medical tests reveal she has contracted the Cryptosporidium parasite. Meanwhile, a retired educator is savoring his golden years with his wife when he notices an unusual loss of appetite for his beloved meals. This minor concern snowballs as he develops a persistent cough that escalates to breathing difficulties, ultimately revealing a pea lodged in his lung. Additionally, a young truck driver, previously in good health, starts to notice a peculiar speck in his vision, which soon evolves into pain, irritation, and blurred sight in his right eye.
