Episode Overview
Title: I Cough Up Worms! Plot: A young mother, pregnant with her second child, begins to experience congestion and a scratchy throat. Initially dismissed as a common cold, her condition worsens, leading to severe coughing and difficulty breathing. Medical tests reveal she has contracted an Acinetobacter infection. Meanwhile, a vibrant college student, previously in good health, suddenly struggles to breathe and starts wheezing. Her coughing escalates to the point where she unexpectedly expels worms, discovering she has been harboring the Ascaris worm. Additionally, a rural teenager suffers from persistent headaches, initially thought to be stress-related, but soon develops irritability, double vision, and ultimately collapses due to rabies, revealing a dire situation too late.
