Episode Overview
On March 31, 1943, Marion inquires with Yamauchi about Christina and the other women from the initial camp. The following day, Christina and Blanche return to rejoin their friends, but Bea is disheartened that Blanche has come back instead of Nellie. Upon learning about Debbie's death, Blanche blames Rose for revealing their escape to the guards and decides to collaborate with the spirited Joss to outsmart them. The women hear that some will be repatriated, and Lillian excitedly hopes that she and Bobby will be included. When the list arrives, they find themselves excluded, though Dr. Trier's name is on it. Meanwhile, Christina receives a message from the underground, sharing the news that Rose's boyfriend Bernard and Kate's fiancé Tom are alive in the nearby men's camp.
