Episode Overview
On May 12, 1943, Lillian and Bobby are relocated to a different camp at Marion's urging, only to face bullying from the other women and children who shun them completely. The aftermath of Rose's shooting continues to cast a shadow over the camp; Dorothy severs her relationship with Shinya upon discovering he was the shooter. As two months go by, Rose clings to life but loses her will to live. She attempts a hunger strike, provoking Miss Hasan's anger, and later pleads with Bea to end her suffering. The next morning, Bea reveals that Rose has passed away in her sleep, leaving the circumstances of her death ambiguous.
