Episode Overview
In November 1932, as FDR prepares to abolish Prohibition, organized crime is pivoting from liquor to drugs, leading to a dwindling supply of narcotics. By February 20, 1933, Frank Nitti and his right-hand man, Pete Konitz, travel to New Orleans for the upcoming Mardi Gras festivities. Meanwhile, Bouchard is preoccupied with having Sully install bulletproof glass in his vehicle. Soon after, Nitti confronts Bouchard, insisting on a delivery of drugs.
