After a dazzling meteor crash-lands on the Plateau, Challenger, Roxton, and Marguerite venture to explore the site. However, as they approach, the temperature drops sharply. Deciding to retreat, they stumble upon an unconscious, stunning woman with blue skin, nearly frozen from the cold. They bring her back to their Treehouse in a desperate attempt to revive her. When the unbearable chill infiltrates their home and their efforts to warm her only worsen her state, Challenger grows suspicious. Soon, Roxton and Marguerite are ambushed by a band of blue-skinned warriors, revealing the chilling truth: the buried meteorite has heralded a daunting invasion of beings that thrive in extreme cold.
