Episode Overview
Dr. Maria Mills has been diagnosed with Apozemia gravis, a terminal illness. However, she encounters Dr. Lemich, who assures her he can cure her. Unbeknownst to her, Dr. Lemich is also Dr. Sahmbi, a deranged scientist from the future. Meanwhile, Lambert spots a fugitive on television, who is hiding out in Australia. He travels there, intercepts the fugitive as he tries to escape, but the man mysteriously dies before revealing any information, leading to Lambert's arrest by the police. As he impersonates a U.S. Marshal, Lambert discovers that the fugitive succumbed to a rare disease and had remnants of a second dose of TXP, the time-traveling potion, in his system. When he seeks out Dr. Lemich for answers, he unexpectedly meets Dr. Mills. He learns that Lemich/Sahmbi has a pattern of eliminating wealthy patients after supposedly curing them.
