Aisling O'Sullivan
Aisling O'Sullivan, born in 1968 in Tralee, County Kerry, is a distinguished Irish actress celebrated for her compelling performances across film and television. O'Sullivan gained significant recognition for her portrayal of Francie's troubled mother in the acclaimed film *The Butcher Boy*, directed by Neil Jordan. She also appeared in another of Jordan's works, *Michael Collins*, and made a memorable impact in Martin McDonagh's Oscar-winning short film *Six Shooter* as a heartbroken mother who takes her own life.
