Evald Aavik
Evald Aavik (January 24, 1941 – May 7, 2024) was a prominent Estonian actor, renowned for his contributions to the performing arts. Hailing from Kuressaare, Aavik pursued his passion for acting and graduated in 1965 from the stage art studio of the Vanemuine Theatre, where he received diploma number one.
Aavik's career spanned several decades, during which he became a vital part of the Vanemuine Theatre from 1966 to 1988. His remarkable talent was further showcased at the Ugala Theatre from 1986 to 1989, and later, he lent his skills to the Estonian Youth Theatre between 1989 and 1993.
