Kenzaburō's world is turned upside down when he receives a letter from his deceased wife, urging him to take their son to Lake Windermere in England to scatter her ashes. Grieving and grappling with bittersweet memories, he makes the long journey from Tokyo, hoping to honor her last request. However, the trip is complicated by the strained bond he shares with his son, raising challenges that could derail their emotional journey.
